       Notes - general: This report presents the results of a programme of
                        tests caried out at the University of Surrey to
                        investigate the collapse behaviour  to investigate the
                        collapse behaviour of stiffened panels subjected to
                        axial compressive loading.  The tests involved small
                        scale panels specially manufactured and incorporating
                        either  T or L stiffener geometries having a variety
                        of dimensions.
