Highways Agency Reports

Following completion of project N216 on the night-time performance of road work signs in lit areas the final report recommended that the current requirement for certain signs to be lit should be rescinded. A number of provisos were attached and further items of research proposed to support the implementation of these proposals. The final report was circulated for consultation and responses are summarised in the present report which also contains comments on the main issues and recommendations a future course of action.
