Highways Agency Reports

This research proposal is submitted in responce to a letter of invitation from the Highway Agency Finance and Procurement Division, reference TF/3/67 dated 22 August 1996. The requirement is to undertake a research study on the '(Equipment) Maintenance and safe operation of highway tunnels'. Appendix a contains a copy of this letter, the work specification and the completed form of tender and price schedule.
